请教怎么获取打印机的句柄

我最新在做一个打印机的程序，涉及到一个第三方dll,主要是用来控制这个打印机的。

因为文档是c语言样式，我就有点犯糊涂了。
我把dll和文档一起发上来

其中有一个函数，文档里面是这样的
EnableStatusReporting：
int EnableStatusReporting(HDC hDC,
HANDLE* phSession,
DWORD dwFlags);

Parameters
hDC A device context handle for the printer driver the application is using.
phSession A  pointer  to  a  variable  that  will  receive  a  handle that  identifies  the  newly
established  session  with  the  status  monitor.  This  handle  must  be  closed  with
DisableStatusReporting().
dwFlags    Defines how the status monitor will deal with all errors from now on. It can
assume one of the following values:

但是我不知道应该怎样调用了，请问怎么调用，打印机驱动的句柄应该怎么获取啊？
